1、產品結構
脈(mo)沖袋式除(chu)塵(chen)器(或稱(cheng)‘除(chu)塵(chen)袋’)主(zhu)要由(you)噴(pen)吹管(guan)、電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖閥(fa)、氣(qi)包、文(wen)氏(shi)管(guan)、濾(lv)袋框架、控制儀(yi)、排灰裝置、除(chu)塵(chen)箱體、除(chu)塵(chen)濾(lv)袋、灰斗、支架、花板等結構組(zu)成,其產品結構示意圖如下:
2、工作原理
除塵器的主要工作原(yuan)理如(ru)下:
含塵(chen)氣體由灰(hui)斗上部進風口進入后(hou),在擋風板(ban)的作用下,氣流向上流動;
流速降低,部分(fen)大(da)顆粒(li)粉塵由于慣(guan)性力的(de)作用被分(fen)離出來(lai)后落入(ru)灰斗;
含塵氣體進入中箱體經濾袋的過濾凈(jing)化,粉塵被阻留在(zai)濾袋的外表面;
凈化(hua)后的氣體(ti)經(jing)濾袋口進入上箱(xiang)體(ti),由出風口排(pai)出;
隨著濾袋(dai)表面粉塵的不(bu)斷增加,除(chu)塵器(qi)進出口的壓差也(ye)隨之(zhi)上升;當除(chu)塵器(qi)阻(zu)力達到設定值時,控制(zhi)系統發(fa)出清灰(hui)指(zhi)令,清灰(hui)系統開始工作;通過電磁(ci)閥的開啟,實現清灰(hui)。
