1、組成部分

該電控柜智能系(xi)統分為以下幾個部分：

①中央控制模塊

工(gong)業電(dian)腦、可編(bian)程PLC模塊作為(wei)中央處理器，根據破碎機(ji)實際情況編(bian)寫程序，并處理各個單元傳感器反饋信號，通過觸(chu)摸屏(ping)實現智能(neng)控制和(he)人機(ji)互通。

②電控系統

智能電控操作(zuo)系統（電控柜）主要特(te)點(dian)及可以實現的功(gong)能：

1、一鍵式啟動、停止生產線（One button start or stop of the production line.）

• 在(zai)自(zi)動(dong)模式下(xia)，啟動(dong)設備只需(xu)要按一個(ge)按鈕，各個(ge)主機按照(zhao)順序自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong)；

  In auto mode, just press one button, all main machines will start in order.

• 需要停機(ji)時，按(an)(an)下(xia)停機(ji)按(an)(an)鈕，設備按(an)(an)照(zhao)程序停機(ji)；

  When needed, all machines will stop in order by just press STOP button.

• 在檢修狀態，設備可以(yi)手動單(dan)個啟動，進行調試；

  In maintenance mode, each machine can be started alone for adjusting.

• 具備手(shou)動按鈕備用系統(tong)，在觸摸屏不能(neng)正常工(gong)作的時，可以通(tong)過(guo)按鈕開關(guan)控制生產線。

  Standby manual control system. Production line can be controlled by button switch in case that the touch screen does not work properly.

2、設備正常運轉時智能監測設備的工作狀態（Intelligently monitoring working conditions of the equipment during normal running.）

• 設備(bei)(bei)發生故(gu)障導致電(dian)機(ji)卡死時，系統根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)機(ji)所在(zai)的位置，自(zi)動(dong)停止與此設備(bei)(bei)相關聯的設備(bei)(bei)，

  When motor stops in case of equipment failure, the system will automatically stop all machines connected.  

• 通過(guo)主要機器的軸(zhou)承溫度傳感器，反饋設備工(gong)作(zuo)狀態；

  Working status can be monitored through temperature sensor of the bearing installed on the main machines. 

• 檢測各(ge)個主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)主(zhu)(zhu)機電流(liu)和(he)振動量(liang)（制砂機），處理器內部(bu)預設計算公式和(he)標準(zhun)負荷數據(ju)庫，判  斷生產(chan)線各(ge)個環節(jie)是否(fou)符合(he)正常(chang)產(chan)量(liang)；

  Detect current of each main machine and vibration of sand making machine, and find out whether each unit works well or not through comparing data calculated by the default formula in the processor and standard load database

• 現場監(jian)控自動存(cun)盤(pan)，生(sheng)產(chan)線操(cao)作室和管理者辦公室具備視頻監(jian)控功能，實時監(jian)控現場的工(gong)(gong)作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態，保(bao)證生(sheng)產(chan)安(an)全，監(jian)督工(gong)(gong)作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態。并將影像信息保(bao)持存(cun)盤(pan)30天(tian)，管理員(yuan)可以隨(sui)時調閱當月的每天(tian)工(gong)(gong)作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態；

  Automatically save of on-site monitoring data. There have video monitoring system in both operating room and administrator’s office. They can live monitoring production status of the site, to ensure production safety and supervision of working conditions. Video data of the monitoring can be stored for 30 days, the administrator can review working status of everyday of the month anytime.

• 生產線數據采集長期備(bei)份(fen)，管理員(yuan)隨時可以調取各(ge)個時間(jian)段的工作情況，設備(bei)運轉情況；

  Life time backup for data of the production line collected. The administrator can review working conditions of the various periods of time and running status of the equipment.

• 系統設(she)置密碼進入，防止誤操作造成安全(quan)隱患。

  Password is set for log in to prevent potential security problem from improper operation.

3、日匯報和月匯報（Daily report and monthly report）

• 生產(chan)線工作24小時(shi)后，會自(zi)動生成(cheng)日匯報(bao)短(duan)信(xin)給管理者(zhe)，包括日產(chan)能(neng)、電能(neng)消(xiao)耗(hao)、當(dang)日工作總時(shi)間。

  Daily report including daily production capacity, power consumption, total working time of the day will be automatically generated and sent to the administrator via SMS every 24 hours of running of the production line. 

• 生產線(xian)工作(zuo)30日(ri)后，會自動生成月(yue)匯報短信給(gei)管(guan)理者，包(bao)括月(yue)產能(neng)、月(yue)電能(neng)消耗、當月(yue)工作(zuo)總(zong)時間。

  Monthly report of production capacity, power consumption and total working time will be automatically generated and sent to the administrator via SMS every 30 days of running of the production line.
